Free, online course that examines the causes and effects of bullying, prevention techniques and programs, screening, treatment options, and legal/ethical issues surrounding bullying.

Bully Free Classroom
A comprehensive program featuring "big things" (assemblies, meetings, events) and "little things" (daily behaviors) to help shape the hearts and minds of kids.

Center for Safe Schools
Created under the direction of the Pennsylvania Department of Education's Office of Safe Schools, the Center provides training, technical assistance and video and print materials to help schools identify and implement effective programs and practices.

International Bullying Prevention Association
Supports research-based bullying prevention principles and practices to achieve a safe school climate, healthy work environment, good citizenship and civic responsibility worldwide.

Kids Against Bullying
Developed by PACER's National Center for Bullying Prevention, this site features games, puzzles, polls and activities for kids focused on putting a stop to bullying. Special focus on children with disabilities.

National Crime Prevention Council, Bullying Prevention
Bullying prevention campaign featuring McGruff the Crime Dog. "Spot the Clues" video aimed at parents, videos and PSAs for kids and resources for both audiences.

National PTA Bullying Info
National Parent Teacher Association (PTA), the largest volunteer child advocacy association in the nation, presents bullying information on identifying and stopping bullying in your community.

Olweus Bullying Prevention Program
The program model used for the HALT! and PA CARES programs funded by the Highmark Foundation. Offers background information about bullying and best practices in addition to program materials.

Operation Respect, DLAM Programs
Created by Operation Respect, a nonprofit organization, DLAM (Don't Laugh at Me) programs include in-school format for grades 2 through 8 as well as after-school programs and summer camp.

The Ophelia Project
Provides tools, strategies and solutions to youth and adults who are affected by relational and other nonphysical forms of aggression. Focus on creating safe, social climates in the home, school, community and workplace.

PCCD (Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency)
Overview of PCCD's services and programs with news about how the Commission helps to make Pennsylvania safer.
