Yvonne Cook is president of the Highmark Foundation and responsible for management and direction of the Foundation. For more than 30 years, Ms. Cook has volunteered her time and expertise by serving on many boards and committees. Ms. Cook has received numerous awards for service to the community including the leadership award in the area of Business & Industry by the YWCA of Greater Pittsburgh. She serves on the Board of Directors of Women for a Healthy Environment.

Kate Hancock, MSW, is program officer for the Highmark Foundation. Kate serves on the Junior Board of Every Child Inc. as vice chair. She is a graduate of Duquesne University with a bachelor of science degree in sociology and women's and gender studies and received her master's degree focused in Community, Organization, and Social Action (COSA) from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Social Work.

Jane Brooks is program analyst for the Highmark Foundation. Jane serves on various boards including the Lehigh Valley Workforce Board, YWCA of Bethlehem, New Bethany Ministries, and Cancer Support Community, among others. She is a graduate of DeSales University with a bachelor of science degree in marketing and is currently enrolled in DeSales' Master of Science in Information Systems program.

Nina Sexton, MPH, is new to the Highmark Foundation, serving as an associate community affairs analyst. She has a background in nonprofit management, program coordination, and public health, specializing in behavioral and community health sciences. She holds a bachelor's degree in health and physical activity and a master's degree in public health from the University of Pittsburgh.

Daniel A. Onorato is the executive vice president, chief corporate affairs officer for Highmark Health, a $26 billion blended health organization that includes one of America's largest Blue Cross Blue Shield insurers and a growing regional hospital and physician network. Based in Pittsburgh, PA, Highmark Health's 42,000 employees serve millions of customers nationwide through the nonprofit organization's affiliated businesses, including Highmark Inc., Allegheny Health Network, HM Insurance Group, United Concordia Dental, and enGen.
Mr. Onorato has a broad portfolio of responsibilities, including public policy, government and regulatory affairs, community investment and corporate communications. He serves as chairman of the Highmark Foundation, executive director of the Highmark Caring Foundation, and on the board of directors and executive committee of the Jefferson Regional Foundation.
Mr. Onorato also serves on the board of directors for the Pennsylvania Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Pittsburgh Chamber of Commerce, the Allegheny County Parks Foundation, and the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry. In addition, he is a member of the America's Health Insurance Plans policy and regulatory affairs committee.
Before joining Highmark Health, Mr. Onorato served two terms as the chief executive for Allegheny County. Prior to that, he served as Allegheny County's controller and two terms on the Pittsburgh city council.
Mr. Onorato's professional background also includes work as an attorney and certified public accountant (CPA).
Mr. Onorato graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor's degree in accounting. He earned his juris doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
Mr. Onorato and his wife, Shelly, reside in the Pittsburgh area and are proud parents of three young adults.
Kenya Boswell
Senior Vice President of Community Affairs, Highmark Health
Kenya Boswell is the senior vice president of community affairs for Highmark Health. Before joining Highmark Health, Ms. Boswell served as the director of global impact citizenship at BNY Mellon as well as the President for BNY Mellon Foundation of Southwestern Pennsylvania. Ms. Boswell obtained her bachelors degree in psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and her masters in nonprofit management from Robert Morris University. She also participated in the Leadership and Negotiation Academy for Women and Leading Innovation: Creating a Dynamic Organization, both at Carnegie Mellon University. Ms. Boswell was named a Woman of Influence by the Pittsburgh Business Times in 2020.
Evan S. Frazier
Senior Vice President of Community Affairs, Highmark Health
Evan Frazier is senior vice president of Community Affairs for Highmark Health. An active member of the community, Mr. Frazier has served on more than 30 civic boards in his professional career, including his current service as a Life Trustee for the Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh. He also serves on the boards of the Carnegie Hero Fund Commission, Central Catholic High School, Jefferson Regional Foundation, and the Highmark Foundation.
Janine Colinear
Chief Accounting Officer, Highmark Health
Janine Colinear is a certified public accountant (CPA) with more than 20 years of finance experience, spending most of her career in the health insurance industry. She joined the organization in 2002 and currently serves as senior vice president, finance for Highmark Health. In this role, Ms. Colinear is responsible for the organization's financial activities, including enterprise financial planning and analysis, financial accounting and reporting, shared services, and procurement. Prior to her current position, Ms. Colinear was the senior vice president, finance, corporate services at Allegheny Health Network, a provider network within the Highmark Health enterprise.
After graduating from the Pennsylvania State University with an accounting and international business degree, Janine spent eight years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the practice of public accounting with a focus on the insurance industry. Ms. Colinear is a certified public accountant (CPA) licensed in the State of Pennsylvania. She is a board member of United Concordia Dental Companies and the Highmark Foundation and serves on the audit committee of the Highmark Foundation and the United Way People With Disabilities Leadership Committee.
Ms. Colinear lives in Franklin Park with her husband, Nick, and three children, Mackenzie (18 years), Nicholas (16 years), and Nolan (14 years) and two pups, Cas and Piper. She enjoys traveling and skiing with her family.
Ms. Colinear reports directly to Highmark Health's chief financial officer.

Doris Carson Williams is a board member of Highmark and vice chair of the Highmark Foundation. She also serves on the board of directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland and has been appointed to the Pennsylvania Court of Judicial Discipline. A certified member of the National Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives, Doris co-chaired the 2014 G-20 summit in Pittsburgh. A member of the International Women’s Forum, Doris holds the entrepreneur of the year award by Washington and Jefferson College and the Pittsburgh Opera Maecenas Community Leadership Award.
Dr. Roosevelt Allen
Chief Dental Officer, United Concordia Companies, Inc.
Dr. Roosevelt Allen is the Chief Dental Officer of United Concordia Companies, Inc. He joined United Concordia in September 2018 as the Government Business Dental Director. Prior to joining United Concordia, Dr. Allen retired at the rank of Major General after a 30-plus-year career in the United States Air Force, serving as the Medical Operations Director and Chief of the Dental Corps, Office of the Air Force Surgeon General. In that role, he executed health care policy for 44,000 military members at 75 medical treatment facilities across the United States, Europe, and Asia and was responsible for more than 3,500 military dental professionals. Dr. Allen leads a United Concordia Dental Advisory Group committee and sits on the United Concordia Charitable Fund committee, which coordinates grants to non-profit organizations.

Judy Sjostedt is executive director of "Our Community's Foundation," the Parkersburg Area Community Foundation (PACF) and Regional Affiliates of Doddridge, Jackson, Little Kanawha Area, Mason and Ritchie counties. Ms. Sjostedt serves on the Community Foundations Leadership Team (CFLT) of the National Council on Foundations. She is a member of the CF Insights Advisory Board. She is a current member of the Boards of Directors of Vision Shared (West Virginia's public-private partnership to develop a long-term economic development strategy) and Highmark West Virginia, serving as Vice Chair of the Board.
