We support interventions including nutrition guidance, physical activity, weight management and measurement of chronic diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, osteoporosis and others.

Family Health

We fund grants that work to ensure availability of and access to care including coordination of services, long-term care and primary & dental care.

Service Delivery Systems

We fund grants that eliminate barriers and help individuals gain access to quality health care based upon economic, cultural, ethnic and racial differences. These include areas such as long-term care, primary care and dental care.

Healthy Communities

We are currently reviewing strategies that will help guide future grant opportunities for communities served by Highmark, its affiliates and subsidiaries.
